As he points out on his site Robin F Williams is not the famous actor instead he is a very talented painter from NY.

These paintings are absolutely amazing. They look like a DOF render you can get from 3D programs. I wonder if they are his inspiration or if he makes these in 3D first then paints from the render? Either way they are stunning.

Artist Chris Dorosz created these amazing images by trapping paint drops in clear plastic tubes. There's a video on his site showing how it's done. A brilliant idea.

I really like these boat paintings by Eric Ernest Johnson. I'm now off to explore the rest of his work.
