Rethinking An Old Business Model



Gym Pact is a fitness concept by Harvard graduates Yifan Zhang and Geoff Oberhofer that helps people stay committed to fitness by using monetary incentives. The model is simple: the more you attend the gym the less you pay, the less you attend the more you pay.

I love this idea. It's a great example of how some clever, lateral thinking applied to an accepted business model can create a unique, game-changing idea
