Google Nexus and NFC

The "recommended by Google" sticker uses NFC (Near Field Communications) technology on google's Nexus phone to interact directly with a google image with a NFC chip inserted. The technology allows anyone with the Nexus phone to touch their phone against any image that's NFC enabled, and download or view interactive content.

Between this technology and google goggles, interaction between the online and offline worlds through mobile phones are strengthening rapidly, and in very interesting ways.
